This configuration positions 19 Howard as an intimate luxury fashion house built around craftsmanship, materiality, and hospitality.

The historic façade remains visually dominant while the storefront introduces a restrained palette of natural stone, brushed bronze, warm oak, linen, cashmere, and softly illuminated glazing. Carefully styled windows offer a measured glimpse into the collection without turning the building into a conventional display box.

Inside, retail gives way to a more residential experience: sculptural furniture, curated garments, private fitting areas, personal styling, and spaces designed for conversation. The concept is warm rather than theatrical, creating the feeling of entering a private Italian salon in the center of SoHo.
